A Fintech Consultancy for Better Financial Experiences

Guided by our founding commitment of investing our resources in purpose driven projects that create greater financial literacy, we partnered with the founders of ESG SaaS startup RIMM Sustainability to help bring their vision to life.  Lead by veteran Singapore investment bankers Ravi Chidambaram and Tommy Tan, the mission was to enable businesses of all sizes to track, manage and improve their ESG footprint with a user-friendly web-based platform.

As an early stage company, we felt the team and mission was authentic and aligned enabling Catalyst to invest in our very first project.

With all hands on deck, we successfully built key pillars of RIMM Sustainability’s long term foundation with the help and collaboration of a rapidly growing team.  Catalyst was instrumental in filling critical talent gaps in user experience, marketing and SaaS strategy.  From aligning departments and integrating work streams, to guiding major capex projects, growing trust and credibility throughout the organization was key to our collective success.

2021 was a fast-paced year that enabled us to prove our model and help our partners materially increase the total value of the organization.

After helping our partners at RIMM gain traction with customers and investors, the opportunity to exit our inaugural venture arrived and we felt it was the right time to pass the baton for the next phase of RIMM’s lifecycle.  We also restructured internally and further developed our long-term strategy based on our learnings from the previous years experience.  Our mission remains, but with a more clear-eyed view and renewed focus of how we can best support our partners and community at large.

Last but not least, our next project bubbled up and is well underway.
